Whenever I’m questioned about my career by young parents or travel-aspiring millennials, I’m constantly greeted with this response: “Wow! You’re so lucky you can work remotely!”
There’s an old saying, “if you look around the room and can’t find the dumbest person, then it must be you.” But is being the smartest person in the room the best thing for us as leaders?
Essentially, I threw my stress away by accepting the fact that I could only do what I could do, and the rest would have to wait.
